Dive Into Medicine! Mentorship Program

The TEA Proposal is creating a mentorship program for high schoolers to receive individualized care and support from current medical school students!
Join our Dive Into Medicine! Mentorship Program and take your first step towards a career in medicine! High school students have the unique opportunity to be guided by current medical students who will provide insights into the pre-med and medical school journey. Through personalized mentorship, you’ll gain valuable knowledge, learn essential skills, and explore the steps to achieving your goals in medicine. Whether you're curious about medical school or seeking support on your path, this program is designed to inspire and guide you every step of the way. Join us and connect with mentors who are excited to help you succeed!
The TEA Proposal Ambassador Program - Spring 2025

The TEA Proposal is looking for 3-5 high school students to join our newly-launched ambassador program in Spring 2025!
Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a high school (in Grades 9th-12th)

No prior experience is required! (We want this to be an opportunity for you to develop your leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.)

Have a passion to learn, can complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, have a positive attitude, and demonstrate professionalism
Ambassador Responsibilities:

Time commitment of 5-7 hrs per month

Attend monthly meetings with The TEA Proposal Executive Board

Provide inputs to The TEA Proposal Board from the perspective of a high school student

Work with our executive board to share The TEA Proposal opportunities with students in your high school
Application Process:
Application for the Ambassador Program will open in December 2024. After you complete the application (Google form), our executive board will review your application. Decisions for interviews will be sent out on a rolling basis. If your application is chosen for an interview, you will be asked to schedule a meeting time in the email. Interview decisions will then be sent out.
