What's the TEA?
it's an acronym!
'T' is for Tackle Social Disparities
We tackle social disparities in youth by targeting students from marginalized groups and first-generation students so that every student can utilize their strengths to the highest degree.
'E' is for Enhance with Opportunities
We believe that your success is not defined by your education but rather your experiences and how you utilize the resources available to you, which is why we want to increase the availability of resources to high school students by connecting students with various professionals and organizations.
'A' is for Achieve your Dreams
We work by finding and bringing useful and meaningful resources to high school students so that every student has a chance to engage in activities that they are interested in.
